Diversity and equity are a powerful catalyst for positive change both professionally and creatively in the Architectural world.

The experience from peoples of diverse or underrepresented communities’ foster innovation and bring a rich tapestry of ideas to design challenges.

The recent Australian Institute of Architects Diversity and Inclusion survey report highlights the accomplishments and gaps within the profession.

As future members of the profession, CASA seeks to understand and help facilitate the direction of an inclusive workplace.
