PDW Local HQ: Meet the Locals

A fast-paced activation designed to surface ideas, stories and viewpoints from Local HQ.

Participants take turns in a series of short, five-minute interviews focused on their Local HQ installation, and their broader contribution to design. At the end of each interview, roles swap: the interviewee becomes the interviewer, and the next participant steps in.

The format keeps the conversation moving while encouraging generosity, listening and shared insight. Rather than polished pitches, the emphasis is on clarity, curiosity and the lived realities of designing, making and supplying within a local context.

Local HQ is designed as an interactive exhibition space, brought together by the people shaping WA’s interior design landscape. Wander through this collective showcase of WA’s design industry, where local makers, manufacturers and creative peers come together under one historic roof at The Liberty Theatre.
