PDW 2027: Save the dates!
After an incredible 2026 festival, we are thrilled to share the news that Perth Design Week will return for its fifth year from 11 to 18 March 2027.
Building on this year's momentum, PDW 2027 will return to the Liberty Theatre and the State Buildings with an even bigger celebration of design.
Save the dates for a full eight days of talks, exhibitions, open houses and events for the whole community to enjoy.
OUR MAJOR EXHIBITION: AN EXCITING NEW HOME
We are also thrilled to reveal that PDW’s annual exhibition is moving into an exciting new home for 2027. For the first time, PDW’s major exhibition will be in the main building of WA Museum Boola Bardip. Opening in December 2026, more details to be shared soon, so watch this space.
NEXT GEN INPUT: STUDENT ADVISORS
Another first for PDW 2027: we have recently appointed 15 people to our inaugural Student Advisory Committee, with the first meeting to be held next week.
Placing a specific focus on elevating emerging youth talent, this will be the first year we are working with our newly established PDW Student Advisory Committee on programming. Young people are the future and they have always been a part of PDW. Now they will take on a leadership role.
