NOW OPEN: Chirriger Moort, A 30 Year Retrospective of the Work of Peter Farmer

Thank you to everyone who joined for the Perth Design Week 2026 Program Launch and the opening of our exhibition “Chirriger Moort, A 30 Year Retrospective of the Work of Peter Farmer”.

We thank Peter Farmer and Miranda-Lee Farmer for the opportunity to bring this exhibition to you. And we thank the State Government of Western Australia for the grant, and the WA Museum Boola Bardip for their partnership, to make the exhibition possible.

In attendance at the launch event representing the State Government was Ms Cassie Rowe MLA Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Creative Industries Hon Simone McGurk MLA, and Nikki Miller Executive Director of the Department of Creative Industries. Alec Coles CEO of the WA Museum was also in attendance, together with many of our PDW partners and supporters, and friends and family of Peter and Miranda.
